Indication:
Cofhim-DX is indicated for the symptomatic relief of dry cough, nasal congestion, and allergic rhinitis. Dextromethorphan acts as a cough suppressant, Phenylephrine as a nasal decongestant, and Chlorpheniramine as an antihistamine to relieve sneezing and runny nose. Its softgel form ensures faster absorption and better patient compliance. Recommended for use under medical supervision.
