Indication:
Cofhim-D is a non-drowsy cough and cold syrup indicated for the relief of dry cough, nasal congestion, and allergic symptoms. Dextromethorphan suppresses the cough reflex, Phenylephrine acts as a decongestant, and Chlorpheniramine provides antihistamine action to relieve sneezing and runny nose. Suitable for use in common cold, allergic rhinitis, and upper respiratory infections. Use under medical supervision.
